Home improvement gets complicated quickly when a project needs several different skills or trades. Integrity Home Solutions gives homeowners one company to call, one project relationship to manage, and one team accountable for moving the work forward.
Our approach
Plan it once, properly.
Most of the trouble in a home improvement project is not the craft. It is the seams — the point where the drywall finishes and the paint starts, where the floor meets the baseboard, where the patio meets the drainage. Those seams are where jobs go wrong and where nobody wants to take responsibility.
The work here is scoped so the seams belong to somebody. If a floor replacement needs trim carpentry, the trim is in the scope. If a drywall repair needs paint, the paint is in the scope. You should not be the person discovering at the end that a piece was nobody's job.
What integrity means to us
Saying the true thing, including when it is inconvenient.
It is the name of the company, so it should cost something. In practice it means telling you what is behind the wall once it is open, even when that changes the number. It means a scope in writing so two people do not remember a conversation differently three weeks later.
It also shows up on this website. There are no review counts, no project totals and no years-in-business figure anywhere on this site, because none of those have been verified. When they are, they will appear — and they will be true.

Integrity Home Solutions coordinates the people and trades needed for your project while remaining your primary point of contact from estimate through completion.
That means one number to call about scheduling, about a question mid-project, and about anything on the punch list at the end.
How specialty work is coordinated
A project that touches concrete, carpentry, utilities and planting involves more than one skill set. Those are scheduled against each other so the work happens in the right order, and the standard they are held to is set through Integrity Home Solutions rather than negotiated by you on site.
The exact split between work performed in house and work performed by specialty trades is being confirmed, and this page will state it plainly rather than imply it. Nothing here claims that every specialty is performed by one crew.
Licensed and insured
Integrity Home Solutions is licensed and insured.

Standards and scheduling
Timing is set once an estimate is approved, and the sequence of work is coordinated rather than left to whoever is free. Preparation, fit and finish are held to the same standard whichever part of a project they belong to.
